Please Note: If you are looking for a simple statement or listing of the courses you are taking for the year you can do this by going to  GNECsis (https://records.eunc.edu) and to the Classes section. Make sure you select the appropriate year and click on the "Print Schedule" button at the top. If you want all of your studies, go to the progress section and click the button for "Export to PDF". These will create documents in your preferred language.

This document will state the completion of the academic requirements of the programme curriculum that has been approved for ordination in the District or Field of the Eurasia Region of the Church of the Nazarene, associated with the student’s residency location or otherwise indicated.

I hereby request a formal confirmation, in letter format, of my registration as a student at EuNC, which will include my ID, the programme registered for, and the starting date of my studies. This statement can be issued in English and be addressed To Whom It May Concern. Its scan can be sent to my personal email address.

Data protection and privacy information for the transfer of data

EuNC is a decentralised school with learning centres in many different countries, staff in several countries, and international connections within the worldwide Church of the Nazarene. As an organisation based in the European Union, EuNC is obliged to comply with data protection in accordance with the General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR).

Requesting registration or enrolment information is part of the educational program agreed upon with European Nazarene College and does not constitute exceptional data processing. Certificates can be requested for personal use. The data collected in this form is thus part of the contract and is processed on the basis of § 6 subs. 1 lit. b GDPR.  This request will be stored in the student file.
