NON-ACCREDITED STUDIES - FACULTY REGISTRATION
Please note the following:
- Based on your task you are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data to which you gain access or gain knowledge in the course of your work according to Art. 5 subs. 1 lit. f and Art. 32 GDPR. All data processing must be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy Policy of EuNC.
- Your EuNC system's credentials will be active for as long as you have a valid agreement as faculty with EuNC, and up to 30 days after such agreement expires without further renewals. The specific Moodle course data will be kept for up to 5 years at which time will be deleted.
- The Learning Centre and the teacher agree on the arrangements in regard to any kind of remuneration and other financial or volunteer arrangements for the teaching assignment.
Data protection and privacy information for the admissions process
EuNC is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR.
General Data: The data requested in this form, as well as uploaded photos are processed according to Art. 6 subs. 1 lit. b GDPR. This data is needed to admit you as faculty, to create a feculty record and to communicate with you. This data is shared internally with General Administration and Learning Center staff.
Special Data: This form does not ask for special data. However, it can be assumed that the registration with EuNC itself may be an indication of the religious beliefs of a person. This information is processed according to Art. 9 subs. 2 lit. a) GDPR. The use of this special data requires your consent.
Internal data transfer: To carry out our educational mandate and fulfill our agreement with students, all faculty data is shared internally. As a rule, this is done via our cloud storage and via service providers. It is important to note that some of the data recipients are located outside the European Union, in so-called third countries. Since some of this data is special data, we require your consent for the exchange in accordance with Art. 49 subs. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
The data to be transferred can be general data as listed in Art. 6 GDPR as well as special data as listed in Art. 9 GDPR.
Be aware, that countries outside of the EU are not legally bound to the GDPR regulations and may not be understood as safe third country in the sense of GDPR. This means that data could be processed or requested from organizations hosting that data by authorities of countries outside of the EU for various purposes without any rights for you to have legal action against it. It can therefore not be ruled out that these authorities process, evaluate and permanently store your data for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.
In accordance with the retention periods for university archives in Hessen (Germany), the storage period for this data is 60 years.

At any time, you have the opportunity to obtain information from the controller of EuNC on the personal data stored about you as well as to request the correction, deletion or restriction. In addition, there is the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
