The curriculum vitae (CV) is a supplement to the agreement with EuNC. The given personal data in that document as well as in submitted transcripts and documents is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

General Data: The data provided in the CV submitted on the date indicated below, as well as in submitted transcripts and documents and uploaded photos is processed according to Art. 6 subs. 1 lit. b) GDPR. This data is needed to admit you as a faculty, to create a faculty record and to communicate with you. This data is shared internally with General Administration and Learning Center staff.

Special Data: In addition, this document also provides so-called special data. This is all information related to your beliefs and religious confession. Even the registration with EuNC itself may be an indication of the religious beliefs of a person. This information is needed to learn about your spiritual background. This data is processed according to Art. 9 subs. 2 lit. a) GDPR. The use of this special data requires your consent.

In accordance with the retention periods for university archives in Hessen (Germany), the storage period for this data is 60 years.

At any time, you have the opportunity to obtain information from the controller of EuNC on the personal data stored about you as well as to request the correction, deletion or restriction. In addition, there is the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
