Note: For graduate degree support, a tuition quotation or institutional budget breakdown is required. Applications without this will not be processed.

Section 6 – Institutional Representation Clause

I understand that if supported by EuNC, I am expected to represent EuNC as my institutional affiliation at the event/publication. For dual affiliations, EuNC should be clearly acknowledged. Exceptions must be clarified with the Academic Dean in advance.

I understand that I may be photographed, interviewed, or quoted in connection with my participation. Any public use of such material will require my prior consent.

Section 7 – Declaration

I confirm the information provided is accurate. I understand that:

• I must report event participation or study completion in the annual Faculty Development update.
• I may be asked to submit a brief reflection, report, presentation, or article after the event.
• If I request Graduate Degree Support, I’m expected to honour my assignment agreement with the College.
• If I request a sabbatical, I commit to serving EuNC for at least twice the length of the granted sabbatical.
